These terms apply to your use of rashivani.com and to every purchase made on it. The website is operated by V Maheswari under the brand name Rashivani ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

We provide computer-generated astrology reports based on traditional Vedic astrology (Lahiri ayanamsa, Vimshottari dasha). Each report is calculated from the birth details you enter and delivered as a PDF file. There is no physical product.

2. Nature of astrology reports

Astrology is a traditional belief system, not a science. Our reports are for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment. They do not guarantee or predict any outcome, including the timing of marriage or any other event. Nothing in a report is medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, and you should not make important decisions based only on a report.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to buy. You may order a report for another adult only with their consent to share their birth details.

4. Your information

You are responsible for entering correct birth details and contact details. Reports depend on the date, time and place of birth; an incorrect entry produces an incorrect report. See our Refund Policy for what we do if you made a mistake.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the order page and are final at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

6. Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The report format, text and website content belong to V Maheswari. Your report is for your personal use. You may not resell, republish or copy our content commercially.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated means to place orders or extract content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of a report.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
