Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our reports are digital products generated and delivered within minutes of payment, so orders cannot be cancelled once the report has been generated. We will always fix a problem that is our fault.

You get a full refund if

• Your report was not delivered (no download, email or WhatsApp) within 24 hours of payment.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The PDF is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot send a working copy within 24 hours.

Free correction (no refund) if

• You entered wrong birth details, a wrong name or chose the wrong language or chart style. Email us within 7 days with your order ID and the correct details, and we will send a corrected report once, free of charge.

Not eligible for refund

• Disagreement with astrological interpretations or predictions. Astrology reports are for guidance only and outcomes are not guaranteed.
• Requests made after the report has been delivered, other than the cases above.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your order ID (shown on the report and in your confirmation email) within 7 days of purchase. We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
