Shipping and Delivery Policy

Rashivani sells digital reports only. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

How delivery works

• Instant download: after successful payment, a download button appears on the confirmation page, usually within 1 minute.
• Email: a copy of the PDF is emailed to the address you enter, usually within 15 minutes, with a download link valid for 30 days.
• WhatsApp (optional): if you choose it, the PDF is also sent to your WhatsApp number.

Delivery time

Most reports are delivered within minutes. The maximum delivery time is 24 hours from payment. If you have not received your report by then, check your spam folder and email [email protected] with your order ID. Undelivered orders are fully refunded under our Refund Policy.

Delivery area

Service is available to customers in India. Reports are calculated for births in India (Indian Standard Time).
